
The new easel fees of $10 each per artist is going to take effect in August on Monhegan. The lobstering community loves the idea. “Look we pay for licenses, why shouldn’t the artists pay to.” The idea is a result of too many artists taking advantage of the beautiful scenery and not paying enough dues to the island.
Not sure what happens if you paint in your lap?
